Trust Yourself Tote

During my time in the hospital, we spent a lot of time in group therapy — women sitting around a table who all had very different stories, but shared one painful thing in common:

We had lost trust in ourselves.

Honestly, it went deeper than distrust. It was disgust. Many of us believed we weren’t worthy of taking up space in this world anymore.

And one of the hardest parts of recovery became learning how to rebuild that trust from the ground up.

Learning to look in the mirror and believe that the person staring back at us was capable of making decisions that were healthy, worthy, sustainable, and rooted in self-love instead of self-destruction.

This sticker is a reminder of that journey for me.

To trust my instincts. To trust my growth. To trust the version of myself I am becoming.
